  • Ladyfinger biscuits12

  • Egg yolks2

Instructions

  1. Whisk egg yolks with sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth.
  3. Dip ladyfingers in espresso and layer in a dish.
  4. Spread cream mixture over biscuits.
  5. Repeat layers and dust with cocoa powder.
  6. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
