Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, oil, and 1/2 cup of warm water.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
