Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, oil, and 1/2 cup of warm water.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
