Ingredients

  • Oreo or biscuit crumbs1.5 cups
  • Melted butter6 tbsp
  • Good quality white chocolate200 g
  • Cream cheese, softened250 g
  • Powdered sugar0.5 cup
  • Heavy cream1 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix biscuit crumbs and melted butter. Press into a springform pan and refrigerate.
  2. Melt the white chocolate gently and let it cool slightly.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Stir in the cooled, melted white chocolate.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the white chocolate mixture.
  7. Pour the filling onto the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
  9. Garnish with white chocolate shavings or fresh berries.
