- Good quality white chocolate200 g
- Cream cheese, softened250 g
- Powdered sugar0.5 cup
- Heavy cream1 cup
Instructions
- Mix biscuit crumbs and melted butter. Press into a springform pan and refrigerate.
- Melt the white chocolate gently and let it cool slightly.
- Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Stir in the cooled, melted white chocolate.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Fold the whipped cream into the white chocolate mixture.
- Pour the filling onto the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
- Garnish with white chocolate shavings or fresh berries.
