Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt2 cups
  • Condensed milk0.5 cup
  • Cardamom powder0.25 tsp
  • Assorted fruits (peaches, figs, plums)2 cups
  • Honey2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder0.5 tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
  2. Whisk together the Greek yogurt, condensed milk, and cardamom powder until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into ramekins and place them in a baking tray filled with hot water (water bath).
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set but with a slight jiggle in the center. Chill completely.
  5. Slice the fruits and toss them with honey and cinnamon.
  6. Grill the fruits on a grill pan or outdoor grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until they have grill marks and are slightly softened.
  7. Serve the chilled baked yogurt topped with the warm grilled fruits.
