Ingredients
- Greek yogurt2 cups
- Condensed milk0.5 cup
- Cardamom powder0.25 tsp
- Assorted fruits (peaches, figs, plums)2 cups
- Honey2 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder0.5 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
- Whisk together the Greek yogurt, condensed milk, and cardamom powder until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins and place them in a baking tray filled with hot water (water bath).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set but with a slight jiggle in the center. Chill completely.
- Slice the fruits and toss them with honey and cinnamon.
- Grill the fruits on a grill pan or outdoor grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until they have grill marks and are slightly softened.
- Serve the chilled baked yogurt topped with the warm grilled fruits.
