Ingredients

  • Leftover vanilla cake2 cups
  • Cream cheese frosting3 tbsp
  • White candy melts200 g
  • Sprinkles2 tbsp
  • Lollipop sticks15 sticks

Instructions

  1. Crumble the cake into a large bowl until it resembles fine crumbs.
  2. Add the frosting and mix with your hands until the mixture holds together.
  3. Roll the mixture into small, 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Melt the candy melts according to package directions.
  5. Dip the tip of a lollipop stick into the melted candy and insert it into a cake ball. Repeat for all balls.
  6. Freeze the cake pops for 20 minutes to firm up.
  7. Dip each cake pop into the melted candy, ensuring it's fully coated. Tap off any excess.
  8. Add sprinkles before the coating sets.
  9. Place the finished cake pops in a stand or on styrofoam to dry completely.
