Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt marshmallows, butterscotch chips, and butter with 1/2 cup of heavy cream on low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- In a separate bowl, whip the remaining 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
