  • Heavy whipping cream1.5 cups

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt marshmallows, butterscotch chips, and butter with 1/2 cup of heavy cream on low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the remaining 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled butterscotch mixture until no streaks remain.
  5. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses.
