Ingredients

  • Heavy cream2 cups
  • Sugar0.5 cup
  • Gelatin2 tsp
  • Cold water3 tbsp
  • Black grapes1 cup
  • Green grapes1 cup

Instructions

  1. Puree black and green grapes separately and strain to get smooth juices.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat heavy cream and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
  5. Divide the cream mixture into two bowls. Whisk black grape juice into one and green grape juice into the other.
  6. Pour one layer into serving glasses and refrigerate until set (about 2 hours).
  7. Once set, carefully pour the second layer on top and refrigerate again until fully firm.
  8. Garnish with fresh grape halves before serving.
