  • Mexican chocolate, chopped100 g

Instructions

  1. Prepare pancake batter according to package directions, adding cinnamon.
  2. Heat an æbleskiver pan over medium heat and lightly grease the wells.
  3. Fill each well about halfway with batter.
  4. Place a few pieces of chopped Mexican chocolate in the center of each puff.
  5. As the bottoms set, use a skewer to turn the puffs a quarter turn. Continue turning until they are golden brown and cooked through.
