- Mexican chocolate, chopped100 g

Instructions
- Prepare pancake batter according to package directions, adding cinnamon.
- Heat an æbleskiver pan over medium heat and lightly grease the wells.
- Fill each well about halfway with batter.
- Place a few pieces of chopped Mexican chocolate in the center of each puff.
