Instructions
- Peel and slice the ripe bananas.
- Place the banana slices in a freezer-safe bag and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- Transfer the frozen banana slices to a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Add the cocoa powder and peanut butter.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or transfer to a container and freeze for another hour for a firmer scoop.
