  • Mango puree1 cup

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into a fine powder and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create the base. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold in the mango puree.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pour the filling over the chilled biscuit base and spread evenly.
